I received an inspection from Nick Loyer on 05/19/2025. We had recently bought our house in october of 2024, and wanted an idea of what we should focus on when it came to repairs.
Its a house built in 1850, so we knew there were things we needed to update/replace, however we were looking for expert advice on what needed to be done and what should be prioritized.
Nick did a really thorough job in looking at everything, and taking many photos to show us what he saw. He went through and attached notes to everything that he suggested needed to be repaired, and even had it colour coded as to how it should be prioritized.
My husband and I really appreciated the advice he gave us, as it let us know where we should start for renovations.
Nick was very respectful and professional.. 10/10 would recommend him to others.
